Spreuken 29:3

SV	Een man, die de wijsheid bemint, verblijdt zijn vader; maar die een metgezel der hoeren is, brengt het goed door.
WLC	אִֽישׁ־אֹהֵ֣ב חָ֭כְמָה יְשַׂמַּ֣ח אָבִ֑יו וְרֹעֶ֥ה זֹ֝ונֹ֗ות יְאַבֶּד־הֹֽון׃
Trans.	’îš-’ōhēḇ ḥāḵəmâ yəśamm^aḥ ’āḇîw wərō‘eh zwōnwōṯ yə’abeḏ-hwōn:

AC	ג איש-אהב חכמה ישמח אביו ורעה זונות יאבד-הון
ASV	Whoso loveth wisdom rejoiceth his father; But he that keepeth company with harlots wasteth [his] substance.
BE	A man who is a lover of wisdom is a joy to his father: but he who goes in the company of loose women is a waster of wealth.
Darby	Whoso loveth wisdom rejoiceth his father; but he that is a companion of harlots destroyeth [his] substance.
